This course is designed to convey general and specific concepts, methods, and applications of acupuncture, chiropractic, and manual therapies related to sciatica pain. The role of integrative medicine is to provide treatment options for patients who are unable to find relief from their chronic pain through conventional means alone. Topics will include: an overview of sciatica causes,symptoms, classification, risk factors, diagnosis, treatment plans, case studies, and differential diagnosis. There will be opportunities for hands-on learning and practice of various techniques.
